If BotQuarters isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment, monthly or yearly, first payment or renewal. No questions asked.
How to ask for a refund
- Write to [email protected] from the email address of your BotQuarters account, or
- contact Paddle, our payment provider, using the link in your receipt email.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. They are usually processed within a few business days; how long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
After 14 days
You can cancel any time from your account page (Manage subscription). Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments older than 14 days are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
Your AI services
BotQuarters uses AI accounts you connect yourself (for example Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini). Charges from those services are between you and their providers and are not covered by this policy.
Who processes your payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
